Q: Will the machines you bring be new?
A: In most cases, yes. If the volume at your location does not warrant a new machine there is a possibility the new machines may be changed out for refurbished machines.
Q: Are there any contracts to sign?
A: In most cases, no. We are so confident in our ability to match you with the perfect vending company that there is no need for a contract. After all, if you are happy with the vendor and they are happy with you (which means we did our job correctly) there will be no need to change and no need for a contract.
Q: We have more than one office, can you handle them all?
A: Yes, we have a network of hundreds of vendors in California and hundreds more throughout the United States.
Q: We need coffee service too, how does that work?
A: Most of the vending companies we represent also provide office coffee. If the company we feel is right for you, does not provide office coffee, we also represent companies that only provide office coffee, not vending, and we can connect you with them too.
Q: How much will your service cost me?
A: Nothing, nada, zilch! The vending companies we work with pay us a nominal fee for matching you with them?
Q: Why would a vending company pay you?
A: We have a reputation for great matches. Every business has different needs and not all vending companies mesh well with those needs. If we match you correctly your relationship will run smoothly and make both you and the vendor happy.
Q: What if I don’t like the vendor you provide me?
A: In the unlikely event that the vendor does not meet with your standards or desires we will do what we can to get the vendor to meet your standards. If that does not happen we will remove the existing vendor and replace them with a new vendor ASAP.
Q: Can you help me remove the exiting vendor?
A: One of the hardest part of changing vendors is dealing with an unhappy vendor that is leaving. Leave that ugly process to us, we will contact them and facilitate the transition.
Q: Can your vendor provide us with a “wellness program?”
A: YES! “Wellness programs” are the newest addition to the vending operator’s repertoire. We have some very progressive operators that have created their own “wellness programs” and others that use the program designed by NAMA. In any case we have a vendor that has the right wellness program for you, if not they can create a custom program for you.

Some corporations are starting to demand a “wellness program” for their employees; this can be a time consuming and frustrating process. Instead of creating a committee and doing hours of research, let one of our vendors bring the program to you and let you take the credit.
